This hotel offers very good value for money. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and breathtaking views from the rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kaprun and it was such a great experience! the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for what we received. Secondly, the location was perfect, with the ski lifts just a stone's throw away. We could easily access the slopes and even ski on the glacier itself. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options. All in all, this hotel provided a great stay with attention to detail and wonderful amenities.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is close to the ski lifts, allowing you to easily access the slopes and have a great time on the mountain. Additionally, being near the business district means that you have a wide selection of restaurants to choose from when it comes to dining options.
There were no major issues that I encountered during my stay. Everything was absolutely fine.

As a car traveler, staying in this hotel was a great choice due to its convenient location on the mountain, allowing for easy access to the ski lifts and glacier. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of local cheeses and cold cuts, fresh bread, and even a selection of flavored yogurts. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing me with good room heating, comfortable bedding, and excellent Wi-Fi. I enjoyed watching the stunning mountain views from my window and taking advantage of the hotel's rental service for skis.
The soundproofing in the hotel was not the best, making it a bit noisy at times.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. the continental breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a choice of hot eggs and a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. the location was very convenient, with good restaurants nearby and a quiet environment that was great for relaxing after a long day of work.
The only downsides were that the pillows were a bit thin and the car-parking spaces were a bit narrow, which made it challenging to park a larger vehicle. these were only minor inconveniences and did not detract from the overall positive experience at this B&B.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions we had. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the fresh omelettes and the variety of breads. The hotel was located within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions in the city, making it easy to explore the area.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The floors were not properly cleaned and we found some dust and hair on the bathroom floor.
